Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not need to be home. Our insulated packaging is designed to keep your meals at a safe, frozen temperature for several hours after delivery.

How do I heat and prepare my Clean Eatz meals?

Most meals can be prepared in the microwave in just 3-4 minutes. For the best results, we recommend venting the film before heating. Specific instructions are printed on each meal label.

Can I customize the ingredients in my meals?

To maintain our high standards of quality and nutritional accuracy, we do not offer individual ingredient customizations. However, we offer a wide variety of menu options to cater to different dietary preferences.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes, to ensure efficient shipping and maintain the frozen temperature of your food, we require a minimum order of 6 meals per delivery.
